Many patients have had recent concerns about what they can be doing to improve their general health and PREVENT illness from occurring in the first place. We started thinking—maybe it’s time to go back to the “Basics.” In this case, we mean literally! We have always lovingly referred to our recommended daily multivitamin regimen as the Basics. For the most part, we believe everyone can see benefits from incorporating a multivitamin and fish oil (at the minimum) into their routine, and it is essential to know that it is nearly impossible to achieve optimal nutrition from your diet alone.
